Booking: Bookings can be made via this website only. Requests for appointments via phone call, text message, email, or social media will be redirected here. Appointment availability may be subject to change without notice. Bookings requested under 48 hours may be subject to an additional fee. Bookings requested outside of available hours may be subject to an additional fee. Bookings requested off location may be subject to an additional fee. A confirmation and/or reminder of the appointment will be sent out to the Client's preferred method of contact.
Cancellations: 24 hour notice is required for cancellation of scheduled services. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of scheduled service. Cancellations of scheduled services made prior to 24 hours may be rescheduled at the discretion of the Artist. Exceptions may apply.
COVID-19 Protocol: As of 3/26/2021, I have been vaccinated against COVID-19. On 11/2/2021 I received my first booster. On 9/2/22 I received my second booster. For the comfort and safety of my clients, I will offer to mask for the duration of services. Proper sanitation procedures of the tools and products in my kit and studio are continuing to be utilized as well.
Deposits: A deposit for services may be required at the Artist's discretion. A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required for special events.
Emergency Services: Any bookings made within 24 hours is considered emergency services. Emergency services will cost an additional 50% of total services rendered.
Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. Cash, checks, debit cards, credit cards, electronic bank transfers, and mobile payments are accepted.
Photo Consent: The Artist may ask for the Client's consent to use their image for marketing purposes on social media.
Refunds: All services are nonrefundable. Exceptions may apply.
Refusal of Service: The Artist reserves the right to refuse services for any reason.
Release of Liability: By booking services with Bookedt&Bizi Beauty, LLC the Client is in automatic consent with a waiver of liability. This agreement releases Bookedt&Bizi Beauty, LLC from all liability relating to injuries that may occur during services. Client agrees to hold Bookedt&Bizi Beauty, LLC entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless if the injuries are caused by negligence.
Client also acknowledges the risks involved in services. These include but are not limited to allergic reactions, eye irritation, infection, or injury, and product ingredient sensitivities. Client is in agreement that they are participating voluntarily, and that all risks have been made clear. Additionally, the Client does not have any conditions that will increase their likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this services provided.
By booking services with Bookedt&Bizi Beauty, LLC, client forfeits all right to bring a suit against Bookedt&Bizi Beauty for any reason. In return, the Client will receive services. The Client will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as listed in writing and as explained to them verbally. Client will ask for clarification when needed.
Satisfaction Guarantee: A quality service for every service is my goal. If the Client is unsatisfied with their service in any way, they are encouraged to communicate with the Artist during the services or within 24 hours following. The Artist will do their best to accommodate the Client up to a complimentary or discounted service.
Tardiness: Prompt arrival to scheduled services is expected. Please contact the Artist if the Client intends on being more than five minutes late. If the Client is fifteen minutes late or later, their appointment may be subject to a fee and/or cancellation.
Tax: All services have a 7% sales tax.
Travel: Travel to a client may be subject to a fee of the 2023 mileage rate of $.65.5 per mile. The minimum travel fee for special events is $45.
